Manual Handling
- A Manual Handling course that enables businesses to comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work, Regulations 2007
- Manual Handling is simply the transferring or handling of a heavy load by hand.
- The techniques and procedures in this course will teach you how to avoid poor manual handling practices that cause back problems to build up over time.
- It is recommended that graduates of the EFR course take a refresher course every two years.
- 3-4 hour course
- Daytime, evening, weekday & weekend options available
- Course can be held at the firstaider.ie training centre, in your home or workplace – min no 6
